We’ve all been there before. You’ve got this idea for a great app that is totally what your customers have been waiting for. The designs are easy to navigate, you’ve got great icons, and the functionality is intuitive.
Or so you thought. Upon launch, you find that users aren’t quite picking up how to use the app, and you have no idea why. The user flow makes complete sense to you!
Well, that’s kind of the problem. You’re not the actual end user.
We’ve talked about how a well-thought out user journey map can make or break your customers’ experience with your product. A good UX/UI design should be built (and tested) with the end user in mind. There’s a person on the other side of your app, and understanding their actual behaviors and thought processes is crucial to designing an intuitive experience.
It’s that level of empathy that makes Momentum Design Lab such an impactful, award-winning UX agency. Because each end user is different, our team follows human-centered design principles to develop custom UX designs for our clients.
There’s a reason why we are featured as a top UX/UI agency in California on Clutch for the 4th year in a row.
Clutch relies on a combination of data-driven market research and verified client reviews to identify leading service providers in a range of industries. To date, we’ve earned 48 client reviews, each one praising our talented designers while offering constructive insights into our processes.
Our most recent review comes courtesy of niido, a first-of-its-kind residential rental company based in Florida. They hired us to design the UX/UI for their digital platform.
To ensure we best understood niido’s business goals and prospective user base, we conducted an extensive discovery phase. That involved flying out to their offices to meet the team leads and gathering all of the required information. It was a lengthy but crucial step before we got to the drawing board.
Currently, niido is working on revamping their platform’s architecture so that it can accommodate our UX/UI recommendations, but they’re enthusiastic about the caliber of our work!
“Their diligence and hard work were appreciated. Even when we didn’t give them specific directions, they were able to extrapolate what we needed. They’re an intuitive team that took the time to understand our business.” — CTO, niido
All in all, niido awarded us with an overall score of 4.5 out of 5 stars, which is a great win to have.
Our client reviews have also allowed us to be featured on Clutch’s sister sites, too. On the Manifest, we’re recognized as one of the leading UX design agencies worldwide, and our strong portfolio items on Visual Objects help us stand out from the competition.
We’d like to give a big thanks to all of our clients who’ve expressed their passion for our work! If you’d like to hear more client testimonials, check out our other reviews! When you’re ready to take the leap, get in touch with our team to see how we can support your project.
