em·pa·thy: the ability to understand and share the feelings of another (so you can deliver great and high-value work!)

We’ll spend the evening diving into the depths of how empathy is used and applied in our line of work.   While some of us are great at the pragmatic parts of UX, such as reducing clicks, and streamlining navigation… how about making users feel happy?

Anna and Kellie will focus on practical logistics that support relationship building including: how to find enterprise users (and non-users with domain knowledge!), how to motivate and reward participation, how and why to build a database of research participants, how to collect feedback from users, and how to leave users wanting more (creating stickiness in the relationship).
